SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We normally despatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners DHL, Blue Dart, Speed Post, and for domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them.
In case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 15 days to 30 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.
Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for express shipping requests.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy :

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
